If it's broken, sticking, leaking, peeling, falling apart or just needs a good once-over — chances are it's on this list. And if it isn't, ask anyway. Honest answers, no waste of your time.
Routine, preventative upkeep — the small fixes that stop costly damage and keep insurance happy.
Honest carpentry on the joints, finishes and fittings that hold a house together.
Bringing tired timber back to life — sanded smooth, oiled and sealed for the New England weather.
New installs on sheds and houses, repairs, downpipe replacements, gutter cleans and leaf catchers.
Timber fence panels, palings, posts, gates and small retaining repairs. Replace the broken sections without ripping the whole lot up.
Caulking, silicone, expanding foam, weather seals — the small jobs that stop big damage when it rains.
Mowing, edging, brush-cutting, mulching, weeding. One-off tidies or a regular slot in the calendar.
The "I just need someone to..." stuff. TV mounts, blinds, shelves, trampoline assembly, garden taps — if it's on a fix-it list, it's on ours.
Garage clear-outs, shed loads, post-reno rubbish or just that one ute-load you don't have the trailer for. Loaded, strapped and taken to the tip.
Leaves, twigs and sludge cleared out by hand — gutters flushed and downpipes checked so the next big rain doesn't end up inside the wall.
Based in Inverell — and happy to travel for the right job. Common service towns:
Outside this list? Pick up the phone — we'll let you know honestly.
No. Quotes are free across the Inverell area for any job we're a good fit for. For larger builds we'll book a short site visit so the quote is properly priced — not a finger in the air.
Most callouts are scheduled within the week. Urgent jobs (a door that won't lock, a leaking gutter before a storm) we'll do our best to slot in same- or next-day.
Yes — fully insured for public liability. Happy to share certificates of currency on request before we start.
That's a lot of what we do. There's no minimum — a single hinge tightened or a curtain rod rehung is fine. We charge fairly for the time on site.
Carpentry's the one trade I'm careful with — I take on small jobs and refurbs (think deck sanding & oiling, fence runs, gates, repairs) rather than ground-up builds. Just ask and I'll let you know honestly if it's something I can help with.
Yes. Cleaning up is part of the job — drop sheets down, dust pan out, and rubbish on the trailer when we leave. Where the volume is large we'll quote a tip fee up front.
